All Curelta shipments are 100% insured from our Kala Ghoda vaults to your hands.
1. Complimentary Insured Delivery
We provide complimentary insured courier delivery across India for all curations above ₹2,000. Orders below ₹2,000 are charged a flat standard logistics fee of ₹150.
2. Armoured Transit for Fine Jewellery
Orders containing solid 22K/18K gold and certified natural diamonds are fulfilled exclusively through BVC Luxury Logistics or Blue Dart Armoured Express. Every package is sealed with a tamper-evident serialized wax medallion. Handover requires the recipient to verify a secure OTP sent to their registered mobile phone.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai): 2 to 3 business days.
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Bespoke Rings & Made-to-Measure Sarees: Require 7 to 10 days for precision casting and finishing prior to dispatch.
4. Consignment Tracking
Once your order has passed quality audit, you will receive an SMS and email notification with an active tracking link. You may also track your shipment at any time through our dedicated Track Order portal.
