Our 14-day exchange privilege guarantees complete peace of mind.
1. 14-Day Exchange Policy
We welcome exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with security tags and BIS hallmark certificates intact.
2. Reverse Pickup Coordination
To initiate an exchange, please notify our concierge via email at care@curelta.com or through WhatsApp. We will dispatch an insured reverse logistics pickup directly to your doorstep.
3. Exceptions
Custom-engraved rings, bespoke-tailored garments, and earrings (due to strict hygiene protocols) are eligible for resizing or exchange only in the case of manufacturing defect.
